To assist with your request, please send the below documents to accounts@pia.edu.au with a filled-out student refund request form which can be found on Moodle or on the www.pia.edu.au website.
- Student Refund Request form
- COE
- Payment Proof
- Visa refusal letter
Once you have emailed these documents with the refund request form, our accounts team can process your refund request.
The process will take 28 days as per the PIA refund policy.
