The Institute has developed its own enrolment system.
When you are logged on you can access this from the home page of Moodle at the link above the timetable or directly from the enrolment email.
The screen will appear similarly to:
Section 1 as listed above specifies what course you are enrolled in and what is recorded as being completed or currently being undertaken.
Section 2 lists what your course plan is for what campus you are listed as studying at.
The colours in section 2 are important. They say what you have completed, what you are currently undertaking, what can be completed based on pre-requisite rules and what you can not yet enrol in.
Further down the screen is the timetable information for units you can enrol in:
The final section is the enrolment form:
This section is in two parts:
1) The Recommended units. These are the units you are expected to enrol in for this semester.
2) Other Electives which you can enrol into if your course plan indicates you should be enrolling in them.
To enrol in a class you must:
1) Indicate you wish to register for it:
2) Choose the class:
3) Press save changes button at the bottom of the screen.
You are expected to enrol in all your recommended units.
