- When creating an USI all the details must be entered the same as the passport.
- If you require assistance, please contact USI customer support on +61262180994 to ensure your details match your passport.
- Please go to the student portal and upload and verify your student USI.
- If you are having troubles verifying or uploading your USI, please ensure the details you have entered/given to the USI website match your passport.
- If you still require any further assistance in this regard, please contact the staff on campus.
